MBS # 4    COMPREHENSIVE CONTROL

The manager must exercise continuous control over all operations. Comprehensive control of each activity leads to quality. Each job or activity is a process that must be controlled at each stage by overseeing and complying with all respective requirements or conditions.
 
 
MBS # 4     BASIC CHECK LIST
 
  • Have a full understanding of the duties or mission entrusted to each member of your team.
  • Define basic incoming and outgoing information for each process within the organization.
  • Clearly define management indicators for each process.
  • Rationally arrange or standardize basic information.
  • Store crucial company information properly and safely.
  • Determine the confidentiality or privacy of certain information.
  • Make sure relevant information is not exposed to security leaks.
  • Regularly hold meetings to assess and control results.
  • Have up-to-date and constant knowledge of any deviation from key management indicators.
  • Provide proper feedback for analyzing such deviations.
  • If necessary, revise operations to achieve the desired results.
  • Acknowledge, award or congratulate your staff for satisfactory results.
  • Appropriately correct those responsible for unjustified deviations detected in the course of operations.
  • Make sure no information is leaked to undesirable competitors.
