MBS # 3     LEADING HUMAN TALENTS

The manager must be a leader who encourages opportunities for comprehensive employee development. The manager’s primary responsibility is to generate as much motivation as possible, to heighten the sense of belonging, and to strive for excellence. 
 
MBS # 3     BASIC CHECK LIST
 
  • Define the organization’s structure.
  • Clearly define liaison lines for each team.
  • Clearly outline the mission assigned to each team and its components. 
  • Determine the qualifications required for each post.
  • Make sure all colleagues or co-workers are competent.
  • Provide the induction they need to do their job.
  • Identify the training required to improve performance.
  • Afford confidence and delegate responsibility.
  • Design programs for continuous development.
  • Have a good understanding of the employee’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop the ability to teach new practices and behavior
  • Allow for bottom-to-top communication.
  • Permit access to the knowledge or know-how required to perform well.
  • Pay attention to the employee’s basic needs.
  • Act in a way that shows an interest in their work.
  • Develop motivational procedures or practices.
  • Take action to improve the work environment.
  • Provide ways and means to encourage individual initiative, creativity or innovation.
